IDEC was established in Lahore, Pakistan, growing into a multidisciplinary consultancy spanning Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure design.
Over more than 25 years of leadership experience, our team has delivered 120+ completed and ongoing projects across Pakistan and the GCC, working with a global client network of 40+ organizations.
Today, IDEC operates from its Lahore headquarters with offices in Riyadh, London, Texas, and Toronto bringing together 140+ local and international professionals under one integrated design practice.

IDEC meets with the client to understand project requirements, budget, and timeline, followed by a site visit to assess feasibility and technical constraints.
Concept & Schematic Design
Our architects and engineers develop initial concepts, sketches, and 3D models to establish the overall design direction and spatial planning.
Detailed Design & BIM Coordination
The design team develops detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, coordinated through BIM to ensure clash-free, constructible documentation.
Approvals & Construction Support
IDEC assists in securing necessary permits and regulatory approvals, then provides ongoing support through tendering and construction administration.
